Allen Holdings Inc. is a family owned and operated company that focuses on the acquisition and management of revenue producing properties. It was started in 2004 by Jay and Heidi Allen with the acquisition of the Nestle In Resort and Sales and then grew with the addition of "Glenway Village" in June 2006. We are extremely excited about our most recent project which is the build out of a 62 site 55+ recreational living project called "The Heron's Landing". We have a hands on approach which ensures client retention and a common service level and management methodology throughout each property.
